Comprehensive Appraisal Corporation has had a long standing reputation for quality work, and this is achieved by the high level of skill and workmanship that our appraisers possess. All of our staff are carefully chosen for both skills and personal commitment to diverse client needs. All work is closely overseen by Mr. Rubinstein himself.

Ronald L. Rubinstein, MAI, president of Comprehensive Appraisal Corporation, gives his personal supervision to every client project. He has been appraising commercial real estate since 1987, building on five years of prior commercial real estate brokerage experience.   Ron’s background includes graduating with honors from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Environmental Planning and Design and obtaining a certificate in the Real Estate and Investment Analysis program at New York University.

As a State-Certified General Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Rubinstein has met rigorous educational and experience requirements, and is bound by the Standards of Professional Practice.  He has served as president of the Central Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and was a member of the board for a number of years.
